$4000 Grants to First-Time Low-Income Homeowners

The Southland Regional Association of REALTORS offers a home ownership grant to low- and moderate-income individuals and families who purchase a home in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valley. The amount of the grant will be $4,000. The funds are paid after the close of escrow and there are no repayment requirements. Get details and requirements here.
