Home Sales in the West Down in January

Today, The National Association of Realtors reported on January's home sale statistics. Regional markets varied widely. In the West, existing-home sales went down 2.1 percent from December 2007. Compared to January 2007, sales declined 28.5, and the median home price was down 6.7%.
